The Caseificio-Conrado Group produces high quality fresh cheeses. 

They process about 20 tons of milk per day and the milk they use for their products comes just from selected piedmontese stables. 

80% of the milk is classified as High Quality Milk, which means that it undergoes careful checks and it accomplishes with strict requirements in order to guarantee products neutrality and hygiene. 

In addition, the milk use for stracchino and tomini production comes from cows that are fed on no GMO fodder.
